Postpartum Fitness + Recovery
Our Postpartum Recovery Program is designed for moms who are 6+ weeks post birth and ready to re-integrate fitness and physical activity back into their lives! Our in-person classes combine education, fun group workouts, child-friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to meet like-minded new parents like yourself! Our in-person classes also include an online component to deliver you more in-depth education, concise and informational PDFs, and the ability to do you workouts from anywhere in the case you are not able to attend our in-person session. Bring your babies and get ready to move!
