Join Us For STRONG MOM CLUB where we offer pregnancy/postpartum friendly classes to prepare and strengthen your body to prepare for birth and the 4th Trimester!

Recently Postpartum

Register for our next Postpartum Fitness + Recovery Group Series! This 6 week series is for those who are 6+ week post-birth and are ready to re-introduce fitness and movement back into their lives! This program combines online education and baby-friendly group fitness classes!

Postpartum

Return to our STRONG MOM CLUB with your baby in tow! Begin to re-integrate full body strength training into your routine and have a safe and fun place to bring your new addition! All classes are baby-friendly and limited childminding spots are available!

POSTPARTUM FITNESS + RECOVERY SERIES

Our 6 week series, delivered in person, that focuses on postpartum recovery and fitness! These classes are baby friendly and combine education with fun and purposeful group fitness! Come and sweat while you meet new friends and get stronger!

  • Hands on educational breakdown of how different areas of the body are affected by pregnancy and postpartum

  • Access to online PDF and video content discussing self-assessment and recovery techniques

  • Each week discusses a different theme of healing and recovery

  • Weekly workout taught by our medical practitioners, specific to healing and strengthening a different area of the body affected by motherhood:

  1. Deep core and abdominal recovery​

  2. Glute activation and development

  3. Pelvic floor recovery and activation

4. Mid-back pain 

​5. Pelvic stability

6.Ribcage and thoracic mobility

STRONG MOM CLUB

Group Fitness classes for pregnancy and postpartum moms that are baby-friendly! Sweaty and fun group fitness classes with the pregnant and postpartum body in mind! Focus on strengthening muscles used for birth and for birth recovery.

  • Located at Sweat Studio Kelowna (529 Lawrence Ave)

  • Tuesdays @ 9-10am and Thursdays @ 10:30-11:30am

  • Book online on our website before class 

  • Book your childminding spot through Sweat Studio (778-484-0476)

  • Drop In: $20

  • Unlimited Class Access with STRONG MOM Membership (with free access to NapTime Workout Series): $100/month

  • Punch Passes and Drop In Available

Membership Cost: $100/month +tax
