Prenatal Pilates

Lengthen and strengthen your way through pregnancy to support your pelvic floor, core, and full body!

Join us for this 6 week Prenatal Pilates Series with Cassidy Kupka! Build strength to support a healthy pregnancy, prepare for birth, and build strength for postpartum and beyond. Cassidy will take you through a pilates flow accessible for all stages of pregnancy while also educating on importance of the movements and the changes in your body as you progress. 

Series Details

  • Weekly classes created to build strength in key areas of your body to support pregnancy in all stages

  • Learn about pregnancy-related changes in the body as you do your pilates flow while also learning how to modify your exercises to not only support your body but make it even stronger

  • Modifications for each stage of pregnancy you are in from first trimester all the way to birth prep

  • Series is set up so you can continue to take this series through your entire pregnancy and learn something new with every session!
